From the above image the icon File manager will help you find further tools you can view your hosting directories and get to uploading, extracting from compressed folders or conversed, deleting, moving files, renaming, setting file permission and more.
The screenshot above with the yellow highlighted icon will help you create a Database, User, then assign Privileges and enrolling user to a Database. While the Blue highlighted icon helps you to browse through your created Databases and go through their structures for getting further with it.
